Wine Club Case Wine Sale: Gold Rush Sparkling | Through December
Just in time for NYE: Wine Club EXCLUSIVE! During December, we're having a case sale on our 2022 Gold Rush Sparkling Merlot Rosé. This was our first collaboration with 31OO Cellars. We are very proud of the results! The label is our first that features something from outside the estate. All our other labels show wildlife found on the property. The Gold Rush label is inspired by Silver City, Idaho.
Wine Folly Wine Notes:
On the Nose: Hints of red plum.
Palate: Naturally bubbly, this delightful dry sparkling wine is light and refreshing with a slight zesty finish.
Sparkling Merlot Rosé, with its fruitiness and bubbles, loves savory & rich foods: think charcuterie, creamy brie/goat cheeses, grilled salmon/shrimp, BBQ meats (ribs, chicken), pizza, tomato-based dishes, and even spicy Asian/Latin flavors, cutting through richness with its acidity while matching red fruit notes. Kerry Hill’s Event space is perfect for a variety of events including networking gatherings, business meetings, engagement celebrations, birthday, holiday and retirement parties.
